Cancellation/Refund/Rain Check Policies:

Due to scheduling issues, there are no refunds for deposits on cancelled charters unless that date is rebooked minus 25%.  If the charter is postponed by Mad Micky’s due to heavy rain, high winds or unsafe conditions, the reservation deposit and all payments will be applied to a new date in the same year upon availability. A prorated  amount will be returned for partial charters canceled with more than a quarter of your time remaining.  If conditions persist that your charter cannot occur and you choose not to book another date then a full refund minus 25% will be given. But take heart Mates, we will do all we can in such cases not to have your vacation grounded on the shoals. We can have an on board party or head to a one of our popular on water grub and grogs.
